Project: Escape's story started in October of 2015 when the Woods family took JR to play an escape room for his birthday. After which, JR decided that they should open their own.Two months later they signed the lease for Project: Escape. In January of 2016, Savannah quit her job to focus on Project: Escape full time. In March 2016, Project: Escape officially opened, and things took off! In September of 2016, JR retired from being a general contractor after being in the business for 25 years to continue his work full time at Project: Escape.

Got any Tips?
You got Questions...
We got answers
"How big are the rooms?"
The rooms vary in size based on the room's maximum capacity. We pride ourselves on having some of the largest rooms in the market. .
"How old do i have to be to play?"
To encourage the enjoyment of all players of our escape rooms, any party with players 7- 10 years of age MUST book out an entire room.
All players 16 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
No players under the age of 7 are allowed to play in any of our escape rooms.
"What time do i need to arrive?"
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled game time to allow us ample time to explain the rules and have you fill out the necessary participant waivers. We do our best to have our games start on time and can't delay start times due to tardiness of any players. No refunds can be given for missed reservations or late players.
"Can i book a team building corporate event?"
"How much does it cost?"
"Am i really locked in a room?"
No! Our fire marshall frowns upon actually locking people in rooms. Players can leave the escape room at any point during the game, however, the time will continue to countdown in your absence.
"What is your refund policy?"
Bookings are non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled.
Once purchased, tickets CANNOT be refunded and CANNOT be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed for the selected time slot.
In the event that we must close for inclement weather or other such emergencies, customers will be individually emailed by Project Escape and full refunds will be issued.
"Will i be playing with strangers?"
Each of our rooms have a maximum capacity. If your party has fewer people than the maximum capacity, there is a chance that others might also book during that game time. The "Private Event" check box MUST be checked in order to ensure that others cannot book into your game. Of course, playing the game with new people can often add a fresh perspective to the challenges and is a great way to make new friends!
"How long will i be at Project: Escape?"
You can expect to be with us for approximately 1.5 hours. 15 minutes before your game to fill out waivers and go over rules, 1 hour inside of the room, and about 15 minutes after your game to debrief and take team photos.
"Are the rooms scary?"
We design escape rooms, not haunted houses. While some of our rooms may have a creepy ambiance, none of our rooms are "horror" games.
